The Lyme Regis Community Land Trust works with local communities, landowners, housing associations and local authorities to identify opportunities for affordable homes for local people.
Our focus is on communities where rising house prices and limited housing supply make it difficult for people with local connections to continue living and working in the area.
We currently work across Lyme Regis, Uplyme, Charmouth and Wootton Fitzpaine while continuing to explore opportunities elsewhere within nearby areas of West Dorset and East Devon.
If you are aware of land that may have potential for affordable housing, we would be pleased to hear from you.
